IPDNA records a SHA-256 fingerprint and timestamp for a selected file. That record can help document provenance and later comparison, but it does not by itself prove who created the work first, establish ownership, transfer rights, or replace copyright registration. Fingerprinting happens in the browser; beta storage and long-term availability are not guaranteed.

Choose your file. Your browser computes a SHA-256 fingerprint locally. The file itself never leaves your device.
RECORD STATUS
New records require registration to be open and a verified sign-in. Existing records can be looked up without signing in. Beta availability and retention are not guaranteed.
ACCOUNT SIGN-IN.
Request a secure account sign-in link. The Field Letter is optional; choosing it saves a separate pending request. Signing in does not enable paused IPDNA registration. Existing record lookup does not require sign-in. Member sign-in is available when the email service is active.
