Bonner.AI is operated by Bonner Bolton and Arrowhead Seven. Using this site means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. Contact for anything in this document: bonner@bonner.ai.

2 · WHAT THIS SITE IS, AND HOW IT LABELS ITSELF

Bonner.AI publishes documentary and editorial work under Bonner Bolton's own name, alongside clearly labeled field plans and clearly labeled fiction. Every Dispatch states its truth layer at the top of the page. A field plan is a stated intention, not a completed record. Unbroken Planet is a fictional story world produced by Arrowhead Seven using AI-assisted tools; it is not documentary footage and is not a claim about real events or real people.

Where an image or video is studio-generated or AI-assisted, the page says so. Where a figure is an estimate or is contested, the page says so. Treat the label on the page as authoritative over any summary of it elsewhere.

3 · USING THE SITE

You may read, share, and link to anything published here. You may not scrape the site at a volume that degrades it, attempt to reach non-public areas, misrepresent yourself as Bonner Bolton or Arrowhead Seven, use the site to harass anyone, or upload unlawful material. Access may be limited or withdrawn where use is abusive or unlawful.

4 · MEMBER ACCESS

Member access uses a secure sign-in link sent to your email address. You are responsible for the security of the inbox you use. Member areas, downloads, and any full-length material are checked by the server, not unlocked by a setting in your browser. Member features described as pending, held, or in build are not active services and are not promised on any date.

5 · THE FIELD LETTER AND TEXT MESSAGES

Email consent is required before an address is used for the weekly Field Letter, and your consent is recorded with a timestamp. Text-message consent is separate, optional, and requires a valid phone number. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end texts and HELP for help. You can manage topics, pause, or unsubscribe at any time at bonner.ai/preferences, or by using the unsubscribe link in any email. Outbound email and text delivery remain held until the approved, compliant rails are active.

6 · ORDERS, EDITIONS, AND PAYMENTS

Where the site offers an artwork, edition, print, or other item for sale, the product page governs: what it is, what it costs, what is included, and what is not. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; card details are handled by that provider and not stored by this site. Prices, availability, and edition details can change before an order is placed, and an obvious pricing or description error may be corrected or an order declined and refunded. Where commerce, edition details, or a certificate are marked as held, no sale is being offered and no delivery date is promised. Refund, delivery, and return terms for a specific item appear with that item.

7 · WHAT YOU SUBMIT

Comments, inquiries, quiz responses, and any future contributions to the Open Knowledge Project are yours. By submitting, you grant Bonner.AI and Arrowhead Seven a non-exclusive licence to store, moderate, display, and reproduce that submission in connection with the work, with attribution where attribution is offered. Do not submit anything you do not have the right to share, and do not submit confidential information. Comments are moderated before they appear publicly, and may be declined or removed.

The Open Knowledge Project is in build. No public submission, contributor agreement, moderation rail, or published corpus is active today. When a contribution path opens, it will carry its own terms and those terms will govern contributions made through it.

8 · INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The writing, artwork, photography, film, design, and code on this site are owned by Bonner Bolton or Arrowhead Seven, or used with permission. Quoting a short passage with a link and attribution is welcome. Republishing a whole piece, training a commercial model on this corpus, or using the artwork commercially requires written permission first.

9 · IPDNA AND PROVENANCE RECORDS

Where the site records a file fingerprint, a timestamp, or a provenance entry, that record supports a claim about when a file existed in a given state. It does not by itself prove authorship, priority, ownership, or copyright, and it is not a registration with any government authority. It is evidence, not title. Do not represent it as more than that.

10 · THIRD-PARTY NAMES, BRANDS, AND SOURCES

Brands, publications, agencies, and organizations named or cited on this site are named as references or sources only. Naming them does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation in either direction, and none should be inferred unless a page states an active relationship in plain words. Where past professional work is described, it is described as past work. Where a paid, sponsored, or affiliate relationship exists, it is disclosed on the page it appears on.

11 · NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

Frameworks, field notes, quizzes, and dispatches on this site are published for general interest. Nothing here is medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and nothing here creates a professional relationship. Wellness and recovery material is supportive in nature and is not diagnosis, prescription, or treatment. For a decision that matters, talk to a qualified professional who knows your situation.

The site is provided as it is and as it is available. Features can change, pages can move, and work in progress is labeled as such. These terms may be updated; the effective date at the top of this page shows when. Material changes will be noted on this page, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13 · DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITS

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided without warranties of any kind, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bonner Bolton and Arrowhead Seven are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising out of your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

14 · GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law in your own jurisdiction gives you the right to proceed elsewhere.
