RUNNING THE ARROWS
THE ORDER IS THE METHOD.
People try to rebuild from the outside in: new job, new city, new plan. It rarely holds, because the ground underneath has not been repaired. The arrows run the other way. Spirit sets the direction before the body is asked to carry anything. Body earns the right to demand more of the mind. Only then do earth, wind, fire, and water have something to steady, move, ignite, and soften.
WEEK ONE
ONE ARROW, ONE PROMISE
Pick the arrow that is loudest. Make one promise that arrow can verify by Sunday. Nothing else changes yet.

Seven questions, seven short answers, one field plan. It takes twenty minutes when it is honest and two hours when it is not.
